过敏、白塞氏病（贝赫切特综合征）

2017.12.23  41岁女

过敏史超过21年。最近因为效差，症状加重，自己停服所有抗组胺西药。

证见：舌尖红、前面两侧黑点密布、舌干裂痕多、口腔粘沫多。眼睛黄斑、溃疡。

苦楚面容、色黄暗无华、眼睛刺痛, 流清涕、寅时咳痒，但对气候无明显反应，眼下发黑、耳轮焦枯、唇枯，脚底干枯、皮肤甲错，脱屑。手指横纹发黑，舌干，打喷嚏、流清涕，腹部异常松软，毫无张力和弹性，肠鸣，腹痛，脚内外缘经常寒热往来。心下稍有压痛。胸部刺痛、5点晨泻，日2-3次，月经色深，量少，有血块。纳呆不饥、对多种食物敏感。便秘，此前喜偏冷饮食。日饮水64 ozs， 大约1800cc，仍口干。常发口腔溃疡、所有孔窍奇痒、痛，肌内走窜式痛，但路线固定。神经紧张，语句重复。 极度神经质。偶有无故自笑。西医诊断更综、过敏，免疫力低下、食道炎、胃酸反流。

2018.1.25

食欲增加、体重下降、睡好、神爽、痒减轻，肌痒减轻，孔窍仍痒。精神好转，谈吐自然一些，有笑容。舌苔改变不大。左腹仍有轻微疼痛。

2018.2.11

淤血明显减轻，手指月牙开始出现。痒很轻。因压力，精神又开始紧张。提到两年前，吞咽困难，西医要其做手术，扩咽，拒绝，原因不明。

2018.2.25

月经恢复至两年前的量。上唇又开始微痛。

2018.3.16

发现很久没有嗓子到咽喉的不适了，药后有腹部里面pinch痛，脚及小腿内侧、后背burning，睡很好、食欲好、精神好。夜里白天有时会有嗓子发痒想要咳嗽。肛门、上颚偶尔仍有很轻痒。晨咳未发。

2018.3.25

停止治疗。三个月基本解除病困。家庭医生对中医治疗表示兴趣，索要资讯。

12.23.2017.          41 years old lady

The lady suffered allergy over 21 years and recent stopped taking Antihistamine on her own because it didn’t work, according to her, it’s useless and allergy getting worse.  What bothered her most is her two kids, 11 and 13. Both the kids started to show same symptoms as mom. WM doctor told her it’s incurable because it’s an autoimmune disease which she carried from mom. In all their life, they have to take medication, that made the mom feel guilty and unbearable to see the kids scratch along with mom.

Itchy all over the body, inside and feel pain and itchiness in all orifices. Abdominal pain left side.

She looked terrible. Greatly depressed and horribly gloomy face. Depression, unlike many, wasn’t crying, a tough lady, super nervous and anxiety, numerous repetitions of same words, coarse skin with rashes. Under eye area very dark, a dangerous sign of Pancreatitis, more often a pre-cancer. Drinks about 1800cc water. Tummy super soft, a sign of collapsed digestive system and poor digestion Allergic to many foods. Early morning diarrhea. Poor sleep. I told her it would take 3-6 months till she felt better. She is determined to go on.

The term Allergy to me just mean one thing, low immune system. Therefore, when the patient came, I highly suggest them to get exam first and bring the report to me.

About the end of the 3rd month, she felt greatly released. Pain and itchiness in all orifices are gone, only tiny left. Great appetite, beautiful skin, no rashes and much smother and fair-complexioned, laugh a lot, no depression at all. Sleep well. Appearance much prettier than before. I asked her husband whether he still remember how beautiful his wife was?  But I still can see little nervousness in her. I didn’t tell her she might have had a Bechet’s syndrome, an auto-immune system illness because she was already too nervous about her health. Itchiness sounds not a big deal.

3.25.2018 treatment ends

As a TCM doctor I always suggest my patients keep going with the treatment if they really want the disease gone forever, a fundamental change of their body constitution. Not come back in a few years for the same problem.
