某，女，45岁，

2013/10/28 接患者家属电话，患者眩晕甚，无法起床、睁眼，否则，天旋地转，呕吐。出诊。

此患者曾在丽水堂治疗过肩周炎、颈椎病。为老病号，故出诊。

刻诊：覆被卧床，闭眼、恶心、吐白沫、头晕，气上冲欲呕，但这次没有天晕地转和发黑冒金星。左肋下有压痛，身冷。脉象如前，双关尤细弱。自称：几乎每年都发此症，但都伴有偏头痛（左侧太阳附近）。这次没有。可能与最近针灸通络治疗有关。以前每次病发，都要打点滴，大约20天才能下床走路。诊断：肝寒水汽病，下焦虚甚，气上冲，头目被水汽盘踞，阳气不得上头，故有是证。治则：大剂参附，温暖下焦，另以石类温阳摄水。

10:30 出方，中午12点服药，下午5点下床做晚饭。第二天骑摩托车到诊所治疗，称已经没有症状了，并说，都说中医慢，怎么我觉得比西医快很多，以前，没有20天不能下床。今天才第二天，我就敢骑摩托车了。
