18.宫颈糜烂，即宫颈柱状上皮异位、不孕症、卵巢发育不良

某女，29歲，2013.4.15 初診

 二年前藥物流產後發現婦科問題，三度宮頸糜爛。去年懷孕二個月胎兒不長胎心，引產。例假淋漓不盡，量少，褐色，夜汗，後背多汗。14 6/30。 左側乳房結節手術切除，還有一個小的。經前乳漲，膝蓋涼，喜溫。四肢不涼、納可、寐可。B超顯示右側卵巢發育不全（右2.3x1.1cm；左2.9x1.8cm）。子宮內膜厚度4mm。

印象：脾腎陽虛，寒郁胞宮、肝氣瘀阻、脈絡不通，

六脈具細弱、舌淡白胖大，根部有白膩苔，便溏，

內服湯劑、加外洗及噴塗藥粉

至2013.7.4，例假第2、3天量大、色正常，4-6天量小，褐色。乳漲時間縮短，宮頸糜爛3度減為2-3度，潰瘍面減小（糜爛程度減少）。

2013.9.16經後期仍有褐色血汙，服藥後無胸漲、納好、少腹發漲、硬，一天2次大便，但不稀。例假過後沒再出現。

2013.10.4乳房感覺不到脹痛，但摸上去仍有感覺。納好、自稱只有第一天有黑便。宮頸顏色明顯好轉。

2013.10.24號的B超結果顯示，子宮內膜9mm（子宮膜增厚一倍多，已經具備受孕著床條件）。雙側卵巢大小正常。宮頸顏色、彈性、粘膜厚度均已正常。

本例是多次流產造成不孕（胎兒不長），其中原因不僅與生活方式，也與體質有關系。但宮頸糜爛治療長達四個月時只減低一度，進展並不大，筆者很是困惑。後經仔細詢問，患者始告曾經多處尋醫，治療毫無寸功，所以對四個月的療效已經很滿意了。筆者始才意識到另有毒源，更改處方後，療效明顯。治療子宮內膜病是中醫的優勢，因為中藥具有“生”的功能。



18.Cervical Eerosion、Infertility、Ovarian Hypoplasia

Female 29 years old, 4/11/2013 first clinic visit

Two years ago, when induced labor with drugs was diagnosed cervical erosion of the third phase. In 2012, a fetus stopped growing after two-month pregnancy and induced labor again. Symptoms: a few than normal menstrual and lingered for days. Received lumpectomy for nodules on the left breast and nodules remained on the right breast. Ultrasound showed agenesia ovarian on the right (R: 2.3x1.1cm; L: 2.9x1.8cm). Endometrium thickness: 4mm.

Diagnosis:  cold and weak spleen and kidney and liver Qi stagnation

Due to inconvenience to get acupuncture, only took herbal therapies and external powder.

Till 7/4/2013 the periods almost back to normal, breast distention much less, cervical erosion graded down to between 2-3 phase. 10/4/2013 uterine neck showed better color. 10/24/2013 endometrium 9mm, (later 10.5mm) and right ovary was back to normal. The cervical erosion was down to phase one. Thus, it’s ready for pregnancy. The couple left and relocated in other city for employment reason.
