经血过多 Menorrhagia

这是前面那位48岁偏头痛的病人。大约两年后，来看经血过多，已经45天。另一位医生接待她。5副药后，稍稍有点减少，但很快犹如以前一样，这时，已经大约60天了。

从以前治疗中，她的问题我比较了解，不仅是子宫的问题。乳房突然膨大, 有奶水溢出。这是垂体病的特点。多次劝她去做检查，不知何故，她没有去。只好给她开药。

开药5副。第一副药后，来短信，崩漏基本停止，第二付药后完全停止。这种病用止血药是无效的。病根在肝，牵着到肾。西药会用到激素类，会有效，但是对身体不好

26.Menorrhagia

This is the lady of previous patient suffering Migraine. About two years later, she came for Menorrhagia. Two weeks ago, she took some herbs elsewhere and a little improvement at first. When it’s finished, the menorrhagia came back. When I took her, it was almost 60 days’ bleeding. WM doctor suggested MEA (Microwave endometrial ablation) and she refused.

Her problems are due to previous treatment and it’s not only because of the uterus where the problem appears. Her breasts recently turn bigger with milk leaking. It’s hormone disorder in the Pituitary.  The location of Pituitary is very close to the pain of her Migraine. That gave me a hint. I told her more than once to go to her doctor to take an exam, but she didn’t.  Anyway, I made herbal therapy. Five doses.

When 1st dose finished, I received a message saying the bleeding is almost gone. And after the 2nd doze, it’s totally stopped.

These new herbs had a very profound effect in me.

1. The taste of them was so ugly to me. My stomach rejected the herbs immediately

2. I learned that was my body reacting-rejecting these new herbs because there was something in those herbs that my stomach was lacking and the bitter flavor was acting powerfully.

3. I stopped completely bleeding

4. My uterus deflated

5. The strong smell I had coming out from my vagina stopped

6. After days of taking the herbs, I got used to the bitter taste and my body no longer rejects it anymore.

 In her case using herbs to stop bleeding is not enough. In TCM we don’t have recording of Pituitary. Thanks to WM, we figured out from TCM ancient therapies, the glands, here is Pituitary, is closely related to liver and spleen. Hormone treatment is effective, but too many side effects. However as always, patients didn’t come back once their problems solved. I don’t think so till their body constitution change.
